• Supply in a variety of formats. We can supply copies in various formats; hard copy , electronic or CD…. whichever is the most convenient to you and your clients….and of course, copies for prospective purchasers if required †††.

• Tailored Hips. Our service is entirely flexible. We can supply the whole pack, or just specific elements, as required. We are also one of the few Home information pack providers who offer customers a choice of authorised local authority, or personal searches. And all our HIPs come with full colour photographs of the property as standard.
